MY FAVORITE LIPGLOSS EVER: Avon Ultra Glazewear Lipgloss

I am really not fond of lipglosses because I find them sheer and the consistency and texture feels very heavy on my lips. But when I received this AVON ULTRA GLAZEWEAR LIPGLOSS in Fiery Red from my July GlamourBox, I was blown away by its quality and performance. With just a swipe, color-payoff is really great. 

I was kinda disappointed when I first saw this included in the box because I really hate lipglosses. But this one is exceptional! Thanks to GlamourBox and Avon! Haha Turned out to be really great product.

Maybe Avon should rename this as LIQUID LIPSTICK. Haha

REVIEW: MUA HEAVEN AND EARTH PALETTE

Hi everyone! 

Today I'll be reviewing this 12-shade Eyeshadow Palette which basically consists of Earthly tones.

PRICE: 420 Php

PLACE BOUGHT: KERING KERI STORE

MUA Heaven And Earth Palette is packed of earthly tones, primarily nudes, browns and some dark browns. I love how MUA had chosen these beautiful colors in just one palette.

You'll get 12 Colors which are perfect for either everyday school make-up/office make-up or night-out parties sporting that dramatic eyes which you can achieve using this palette! 

I love how pigmented the shadows are. The shadows are packed with glitters, so those who prefer matte ones might skip this one. 

I love the packing! Even when it's closed, you can actually still see the products inside!

The packaging reminds me of my BYS PALETTE. It is also not that big, you can stuff it in your makeup bag if you want to.

Despite of its great pigmentation, I find some of its shadows chalky and has fallouts too! ;( 

Nonetheless, I still love it so much! 

Overall, this is worth my 420Pesos because of it's pigmentation, longevity and easy application. 

But I would not repurchase because I'm saving money for my ever dream palette, LORAC PRO!!!!!

LIPSTICK ORGANIZER

Hi everyone! 

I'll be showing you how I organize my dear beloved lipsticks! 

I just recently purchased this 24-slot lipstick organizer from keringkeristore.com. It is priced at 230 Php which is very affordable.

I just don't put random lipcolors in here. Since I've got lots of lipsticks, this organizer can't accomadate all of them. So I did the BLOCK AND DIVIDE. (Pharma) Hahahaha

REVIEW: AVON NEW SKIN GOODNESS BB CREAM

Hi everyone! 

I will quickly be reviewing AVON NEW SKIN GOODNESS BB CREAM which I got from my July glamour box. 

When I first tested it out on my hands, I really hated it. It should not be labeled as BB CREAM but should be labeled as BB LIQUID!!! And when I opened it, water is oozing out of the tube!! 

The box says: 

" New Skin Goodness Moisturizing  BB Cream! The luxurious silky formula,blends seamlessly into skin,leaves a healthy, just-right coverage and a refreshed and moisturized feel"

When I already tried it out on my face, I am really disappointed. I was really expecting a hard-core bb cream that would cover my dark spots, redness and other skin imperfections I have. 

But what I do like is that it is buildable, so I kinda added more layers of it, around 3 layers. Haha even when I already layered it thrice, I can still see some of my dark spots which I got from my pimples. 

But to my surprise, I had loved this product! It may lack that power of hiding those nightmares but it had given me a healthy glow and even skin tone. It is very light on face, as if you're just wearing a moisturizer or something. I actually think this is not a BB CREAM but more of a tinted moisturizer. 

The texture of this BB CREAM is very watery fluid-type BB Cream. I wonder why they had named this BB CREAM. hahaha 

Anyways, so far so good. I liked this product but not as much as I do with my 4u2 BB Cream. 

This is great for days when I don't like to wear foundations and bb creams which are so ewhat heavy on face. 

I recommend this to ladies who have minimal imperfections on their face. This would not be fitted to those who have a lot of problem areas due to its coverage. 

DIY LIPSTICK PALETTE

Hi everyone! Today I will be showing you how I did this very simple lipstick palette with just three easy steps. I've got 4 lipsticks which all melted due to the hot weather here in the Philippines. So I searched on youtube on how to fix broken lipsticks. One video I saw is from Michelle Phan,but that doesn't work on me because damaged had already been done to my dear lippies.:(

My only option here is to scoop it all and make a LIPSTICK PALETTE.

 I'm so happy with the results!

 So Let's get started!

YOU'LL NEED: 

1.) SPOON

2.) CANDLE

3.) LIPSTICK

4.) CONTAINER( You can also use a medicine kit. I recycled my ELF Palette since I really didn't liked this one so better recycle it than to just stack it up on my makeup stash.) 

STEP 1:

Scoop everything product you have on your lipstick using your spatula or whatever tool you want to use and put it on the spoon. 

STEP2: 

Position it on top of the candle and wait for the product to melt.Make sure not to burn your lipstick when doing so. 

STEP3:

Last STEP! Pour eveything on the pot. Let it cool. 

JUST SCOOP, MELT, POUR! 

TADAAAA!!! This is the finished product! Very easy! SCOOP, MELT, POUR! 

I hope you will try this one, I really enjoyed doing this DIY PROJECT. haha

REVIEW: L'OREAl Colour Riche Cardinal Plume

Hi everyone! I'm up with another review. I've been posting a lot of lipstick reviews lately, oh well I am really in love with lipsticks. 

Today's review is about L'Oreal Colour Riche Lipstick In Cardinal Plume. My aunt who is now living in Japan gave this to me last year when she went here in Davao for a vacation.

MY THOUGHTS: 

Cardinal Plume is a orangey-red lipstick which has a glossy sheen finish. Plum has nothing to do with this lipcolor! Haha

 Cardinal Plume looks very promising on tube. It looks very vibrant that has a very strong bold flashy color but it turned out to be sheer!!!!!  I was kinda disappointed because I was really expecting this lipstick to be a hardcore one!! Oh well. 

When I swatched on lips, oh my goodness the pigmentation sucks!!! And it is very hard to build up the color I'll tell you. 

I don't know to some, but for me PIGMENTATION IS EVERYTHING. I am really not a fan of sheer lipcolors and also glossy ones. I really prefer bold opaque matte-semi matte lipsticks. 

But there are two things I like about this lipstick. First-it is long wearing, despite its sheer coverage. After the sheen would go off, it gives your lips that nice stain but not pigmented enough though. Second- it is very light on lips and very moisturizing. 

It doesn't mean if it didn't worked on me, it won't work on you also. That's not it. I'm just sharing my thoughts about the product based on my Opinion and preferences. This is a good lipstick actually, it's not just for me. 

I recommend this to those who do want to wear orangey-red lipcolor but is shy enough to pull this off. This isn't too overpowering on lips, just the right amount and color of orangey-red.

GLAMOUR BOX JULY 2013

Hi everyone! 

I just received my Glamour Box today!! When I first saw it, I kinda ripped it instantly due to my excitement. This is my first ever beauty box. I was planning to get BDJ July Box but unfortunately it is already sold out so I opted for this. 

I would just go through the products quickly so that you can see what you would get if you'd buy this box. I also wanted to make a separate review and tutorial on this so stay tuned! :) 

By the way, total worth of this box is 2500+Php and I only got this for 595Pesos! Isn't that amazing !!!? All of the products included in Glamour Box July is from Avon. 

The box kinda reminded me of my ipad box. Haha

Eyeshadow and Blush

I liked the color of the blush because it's orangey- coral shade and it also has shimmers on it. 

THESE ARE ALL MY INSTANT FAVORITES!!!! THE BEST ITEMS IN THIS BOX. The mascara is super amazing I instantly tried it when I saw it. For me, this mascara is way better than all maybelline mascaras I have!!! So happy with this!

For the lips, they included lipgloss which I think is really not a lipgloss because it is so PIGMENTED LIKE CRAZY! With just a swipe, tadaaaa the color payoff is super amazing. In contrast with the lipgloss, the lipstick is not that good when it comes to pigmentation but I really love the color.

BB CREAM and Day Cream

Haven't tried them yet, I might wear the bb cream tomorrow to test it out if it's a good product.

HUGE HAUL AT SM LANANG PREMIERE

Hi everyone! 

Today I'll be showing you what I bought last Saturday. Sm Lanang Premier had a 3-day Sale and it was so massive. They even brought top fashion bloggers in the Philippines and also a korean musician. People literally ran to Sm Lanang to avail the discounts offered by various brands and shop on the said mall. 

These are the things I bought, mainly shoes because I haven't bought any pair lately. Some of the items here are not discounted. 

MY FAVORITE PINK LIPSTICKS UNDER 200Php

Hi everyone! Today's post would be My Favorite Pink Lipsticks Under 200Php(5$). 

If I would be stranded on an island, I would definitely choose LIPSTICKS among other makeup I have.  Been obsessed with lipsticks since I was a child. Way back then, I am already wearing them. I should say, I really can't survive a day without color on my lips!

Moving on, I have my TOP 6 CHEAP LIPSTICKS here. I love them all, not just because they are cheap, but their quality as well. I've been using them interchangeably for a month or so now. 

REMINDER: These products are not perfect, they have their own flaws but are forgivable since it can be compensated and also because of their price. These are good for their prices, but not as good like those high-end products out there. So if you're a newbie on makeup, or you're on a budget like me who wants cheap good quality lipsticks, then these are for you.

This is available only in Philippines. Fashion 21 is a local drugstore makeup, they offer really affordable products. 

Sexy Lady is a mauvey-pink color that has a blue undertone. The formulation is semi-glossy satinfinish. I love this because it glides smoothly on lips upon application, the color payoff is great and it does moisturizes my lips. It doesn't gave me that cracked flaky lips. But the downside of this is its staying power. It lacks that property, might as well you have to do reapplying when you have wear this.

LITTLE MERMAID ( Fashion 21)

Another lipstick from Fashion 21. I made a review about this. This have been raved by bloggers. This is really good!

LittleMermaid is a Coral shade that has a little pink on it. Perfect for everyday use!

Viva is a light pink color that shows some coral shade when worn on lips. I believe this is somewhat a newer shade from EB. 

PINKERBELL (Wet N Wild)

Pinkerbell is also a pink color that has some coral side of it. This is much brighter though. Gives you that Nicki Minaj kind of lips. Haha Anyway, some say this is a good dupe for Mac Viva Glam Nicki.

Amongst everything I have in these post, DONT BLINK PINK IS MY FAVORITE. Look at that color, it is soo beautiful and vibrant. 

Don't blink pink is a hot pink bright fuchsia color that has some blue undertones.

Fire kinda looked like red, but it really is a red bright pink color. The only downside I have for this is it MELTS BECAUSE OF THE HOT WEATHER HERE IN THE PHILIPINES. :(
